What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisee is a limited liability company, partnership, corporation, or other entity, they must provide Learningrx with a resolution. This resolution needs to be signed by all members, directors, or partners, as appropriate, to designate a principal contact for the business.

The designated principal contact must be either a managing member, general partner, or controlling shareholder. This representative is granted the authority to speak for and legally bind the franchisee in all matters pertaining to the Franchise Agreement and the business operations.

Furthermore, the FDD stipulates that if the Learningrx franchisee is an entity, it is restricted to engaging solely in the operation of the Learningrx business governed by the Franchise Agreement. This means the entity cannot be involved in any other business ventures outside of the Learningrx franchise.
