What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a prospective franchisee answers "No" to any of the questions on the New Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire, they must explain their answer on the back of the questionnaire sheet. This questionnaire is an attachment to the Franchise Agreement.

It is important to note that franchisees in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin are instructed not to answer Questions 4 or 11-15, as those questions are not applicable to them. Furthermore, residents of California, Maryland, or Washington, or those whose businesses will operate in those states, are instructed not to sign the questionnaire at all.

This requirement ensures that Learningrx has a clear understanding of any potential issues or concerns a franchisee may have before entering into the Franchise Agreement. By providing an explanation, the franchisee gives Learningrx the opportunity to address these concerns and make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the franchise relationship. This process aims to promote transparency and reduce the risk of future disputes or misunderstandings.
