What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not allowed to independently advertise on the internet. Learningrx maintains its own website that includes information about each Learningrx center. If Learningrx engages in electronic commerce and receives orders for services within a franchisee's territory, Learningrx will offer the order to the franchisee at a price that Learningrx establishes.
If the Learningrx franchisee chooses not to fulfill the order, or is unable to do so, then Learningrx, one of its affiliates, or a third party that Learningrx designates can fulfill the order. This third party could include another franchisee. In this case, the original franchisee will not be entitled to any compensation.
Learningrx and its affiliates retain the right to use alternative channels of distribution to make sales within a franchisee's territory. These sales can be of products or services under trademarks different from the trademarks the franchisee uses under the Franchise Agreement, or under Learningrx's principal trademarks. Learningrx is not required to pay any compensation to the franchisee for soliciting or conducting sales within the franchisee's territory.
