What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Learningrx notifies a franchisee of any defects, deficiencies, or unsatisfactory conditions in the appearance or conduct of their business, the franchisee must immediately correct those items.
Learningrx franchisees are required to maintain an image and reputation for their business that aligns with the standards outlined in the Franchise Agreement, the Operations Manual, or as otherwise specified by Learningrx. This includes keeping the center clean, in good order, and well-maintained at all times.
This requirement ensures that all Learningrx locations maintain a consistent brand image and quality of service. Failure to promptly correct any identified issues could lead to further action from Learningrx, potentially including termination of the franchise agreement if the franchisee fails to comply with the agreement, system standards, or operations manual after a 30-day notice period.
