What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx has 30 days to approve or disapprove a proposed site after receiving written notice from the franchisee. If Learningrx does not provide written approval within this 30-day period, the site is automatically considered disapproved.

This means a prospective Learningrx franchisee needs to be proactive in their site selection process and ensure they provide all necessary information to Learningrx in a timely manner. If the initial site is 'deemed disapproved' due to the passage of time, the franchisee will need to select two alternative sites for Learningrx to evaluate.

Site selection is a critical step, and the franchisee bears the responsibility of finding a suitable location. While Learningrx offers assistance and advice, the final decision rests with Learningrx, and their disapproval can significantly impact the timeline for opening a Learningrx center. The franchisee should factor in potential delays due to site disapproval when planning their launch.
