What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx is responsible for approving or disapproving a franchisee's proposed site within 30 days of receiving written notice of the site from the franchisee. If Learningrx fails to provide written approval within this 30-day period, the site is automatically considered disapproved.

This stipulation is important for prospective Learningrx franchisees because it sets a clear timeline for site approval. If Learningrx does not act within the specified timeframe, the franchisee can move on to consider alternative locations without waiting indefinitely for a response. This can help expedite the process of opening a Learningrx center.

However, franchisees should be aware that while a lack of response within 30 days constitutes disapproval, Learningrx retains the right to reject any location at its discretion. The FDD states that Learningrx's consent for site approval will not be unreasonably withheld. If the franchisee and Learningrx cannot agree on the site selection, the franchisee must select two alternative sites for Learningrx to evaluate.
