What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document does not specify which individual or department serves as the state administrator for New York. However, the document does state that franchisees in New York do not need to answer questions 4 or 11-15 on the New Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire.
It is common practice for franchise agreements to be subject to state-specific regulations and oversight. The absence of a specified state administrator in the FDD suggests that Learningrx franchisees in New York should seek clarification from the franchisor regarding compliance with state franchise laws and who to contact for state-related concerns.
A prospective Learningrx franchisee in New York should directly ask Learningrx who the relevant state administrator is and what specific requirements or regulations the franchisee needs to be aware of to operate in compliance with New York state laws.
