What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain all required permits and licenses, and have all required professional and licensed personnel to operate the business. This must be completed within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. If a Learningrx franchisee fails to meet this obligation within the specified timeframe, Learningrx has the right to terminate the agreement without notice or opportunity to remedy the situation.

This requirement ensures that all Learningrx centers operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining the quality and integrity of the services provided. It also protects the safety and well-being of the children who attend the centers. Franchisees should carefully review the Operations Manual and local regulations to understand the specific licensing and professional requirements for their location.

Failing to comply with these requirements can have severe consequences, including the termination of the franchise agreement. Therefore, prospective Learningrx franchisees should prioritize obtaining the necessary licenses and hiring qualified professionals as soon as possible after signing the agreement. This proactive approach will help ensure compliance and the smooth operation of their Learningrx center.
