Franchisee is required to have at least one (1) person per Center owned and operated by Franchisee attend annual conferences to discuss on-going changes in the industry, sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control, performance standards, and advertising programs.
Franchisee will be required to pay a conference fee per person, and, in addition, Franchisee must pay all of the travel and living expenses for it and all of its employees attending the conference.
Conferences will be held at Franchisor's corporate headquarters or at an alternate location chosen by Franchisor.
Franchisee must meet the minimal performance standards, and obtain and maintain certain certifications, as more fully set forth in the Operations Manual.
Franchisor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to require Franchisee and its employees to attend additional training if Franchisee fails to maintain the minimal performance standards or obtain and maintain the certifications required in the Operations Manual.
Specifically, Franchisor will require Franchisee to participate in sales training if Franchisee's assessment to student rates falls below forty percent (40%).
The assessment to student rate is determine based on what percentage of potential students assessed at Franchisee's Center actually become students of that Center.

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to have at least one person from each Learningrx center they own and operate attend annual conferences. These conferences cover industry changes, sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory control, performance standards, and advertising programs.
Learningrx franchisees are responsible for paying a conference fee for each attendee. In addition to the conference fee, franchisees must also cover all travel and living expenses for themselves and their employees attending the conference.
These conferences are held either at Learningrx's corporate headquarters or at an alternate location chosen by Learningrx. Franchisees must also meet minimal performance standards and maintain certain certifications as detailed in the Learningrx Operations Manual. Learningrx retains the right to require franchisees and their employees to attend additional training if they fail to meet performance standards or maintain required certifications, such as participating in sales training if the franchisee's assessment to student rates falls below 40%.
