What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is granted the limited right to develop a Learningrx Business using the System, the Licensed Marks, and the Trade Secrets, pursuant to the Franchise Agreement. This business involves providing educational services, including learning enhancement courses, brain training, and reading training programs. The Learningrx system includes trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, and emblems, such as the "LearningRx" mark, which are used to identify the source of services and products marketed under the system. These marks represent the system's standards for quality, appearance, and service.
The Learningrx system also encompasses distinctive marketing strategies, uniform standards, specifications, and procedures for performing services, merchandising, management, and financial control. It includes operations, quality and uniformity of services offered, training and assistance, and advertising, marketing, and promotional programs. The franchisor may change, improve, and further develop these elements over time.
The Licensed Marks and Trade Secrets provide economic advantages to Learningrx and are not generally known or easily ascertainable by others. This exclusivity helps to maintain the brand's competitive edge and ensures that franchisees benefit from the unique aspects of the Learningrx system. Prospective franchisees should understand that their rights are limited to the specific terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement and that the franchisor retains the ability to modify the system and marks for the benefit of the entire franchise network.
