What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if applicable. Specifically, the franchise agreement states that franchisees must adhere to all laws covering accommodations for the disabled, including the ADA.

This requirement means that Learningrx franchisees are responsible for ensuring their centers are accessible and compliant with ADA standards. This may involve modifications to the physical center to accommodate individuals with disabilities. The franchisee bears the expense of these modifications.

Failure to comply with the ADA, or other applicable laws and licensing requirements, can lead to termination of the franchise agreement. Learningrx has the right to terminate the agreement without providing notice or an opportunity to cure if the franchisee does not obtain all required permits and licenses, or have all required professional and licensed personnel, within six months of signing the agreement. This underscores the importance of understanding and adhering to all legal requirements for operating the Learningrx franchise.
