What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is prohibited from requiring any of their affiliates to sign an agreement restricting them from purchasing a Learningrx center from either the franchisor or any existing Learningrx franchisee.

This provision ensures that affiliates of a franchisee retain the freedom to pursue their own business opportunities within the Learningrx system. It prevents franchisees from unduly restricting the growth and expansion of the Learningrx brand by limiting who can become a franchisee.

For a prospective Learningrx franchisee, this means they cannot prevent their family members, business partners, or other associated parties from independently seeking to open their own Learningrx centers. This clause promotes a fair and open environment for individuals interested in joining the Learningrx franchise network.
