We must approve or disapprove your site within 30 days after we receive notice of the location from you. We do not own the premises leased for franchised locations. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx provides limited advice to franchisees about selecting a site for their center. However, the responsibility of site selection lies with the franchisee. Learningrx will consider factors such as population density, income levels, general location guidelines, and the proximity of the proposed site to other Learningrx centers. They also consider any other reasonable criteria when assisting in the location selection process.

For Area Developers, Learningrx requires the submission of information about the proposed location, including lease terms, land acquisition terms, demographic criteria, and preliminary site plans. These plans should show building orientation, proposed unit location, and parking layout. Learningrx will then assess the location based on the same criteria used for standard franchisees, such as population density and proximity to other centers.

If Learningrx and the franchisee cannot agree on a site, the franchisee must select two alternate sites for evaluation. Learningrx has 30 days to approve or disapprove a site after receiving notice of the location. Failure to obtain site approval can lead to termination of the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee is responsible for securing the lease or purchase of the location from independent third parties, and Learningrx offers limited advice on these negotiations.
