What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated cost for the computer system(s) is between $4,000.00 and $6,000.00. Learningrx specifies the standards for computer and communication equipment and Internet access, and requires franchisees to have or purchase at least one computer system capable of running the software necessary for the operation of the center, as detailed in the Operations Manual. Learningrx recommends that franchisees purchase two systems.

This cost is an initial investment that franchisees must make to ensure their center can operate according to Learningrx's standards. The computer system(s) may be purchased from any computer reseller. In addition to the computer system(s), franchisees will need other equipment for running a digital Brain Lab® and for trainers to use the Training Management System.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to protect themselves from viruses, computer hackers, and other computer-related problems. Franchisees must take reasonable steps to verify that any person or entity upon whom they rely is reasonably protected, including establishing firewalls, access code protection, anti-virus systems, and use of backup systems. Franchisees are also required to obtain Internet access, per the current standards listed in the Operations Manual, in order for Learningrx to access the system remotely and receive daily communication records from the center's system. Learningrx will provide tutorials on how to operate the system.
