Does Learningrx have any effective determinations from the United States Copyright Office regarding its Copyrighted Works?

There are currently no effective determinations of the United States Copyright Office or any court regarding any Copyrighted Works of ours, nor are any proceedings pending, nor are there any currently effective agreements between us and third parties pertaining to the Copyrighted Works that will or may significantly limit your use of our Copyrighted Works.
Each of the following registered copyrights has been registered with the United States Copyright Office. Each is owned by LearningRx, Inc., a Colorado corporation. LearningRx, Inc. licenses the use of each of these copyrights to us and allows us to sublicense them to our franchisees. Each of these copyrights
will continue for 95 years from the date of first publication or 120 years from the date of creation, whichever is shorter. There is no ability to renew these copyright registrations under current law.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no effective determinations from the United States Copyright Office or any court regarding Learningrx's Copyrighted Works. Additionally, there are no pending proceedings, nor are there any currently effective agreements between Learningrx and third parties pertaining to the Copyrighted Works that will or may significantly limit a franchisee's use of Learningrx's Copyrighted Works.
However, Learningrx does have several registered copyrights with the United States Copyright Office. These copyrights are owned by LearningRx, Inc., which licenses their use to Learningrx and allows Learningrx to sublicense them to its franchisees. These copyrights will remain in effect for 95 years from the date of first publication or 120 years from the date of creation, whichever is shorter, and are not renewable under current law.
The registered copyrights include materials such as the "2011 Report of LearningRx Training Results", "5 Card Packet", "The Purpose Directed Business: An insider's look into the values, strategies, and 15 profitability keys of small business success", and multiple workbooks, manuals, and drill sheets related to Learningrx's cognitive training programs. The list also includes the "LearningRx.com website".
This means that while there are no legal judgments or agreements restricting the use of Learningrx's copyrighted materials, Learningrx does actively protect its intellectual property through copyright registration. Prospective franchisees can use these materials as part of their Learningrx Center operations, but must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement to avoid infringing on Learningrx's copyrights.
