What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Successor Term for a Satellite Location Addendum is defined as an additional three hundred sixty-five (365) day period. Learningrx is under no obligation to renew the addendum after the initial term, and the franchisee does not have the unilateral right to renew it.

If Learningrx elects to grant the franchisee the right to extend the addendum, it will be for these additional 365-day periods. To exercise the right to a Successor Term, the franchisee must pay Learningrx an additional Satellite Location Fee before the first day of that Successor Term.

This means that a Learningrx franchisee with a Satellite Location Addendum can only renew their addendum at Learningrx's discretion, and each renewal will last for one year. The franchisee must also pay an additional fee for each renewal term.
