According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, if an Area Developer is expected to establish additional Learningrx Centers due to increased public demand, Learningrx will strongly encourage them to do so. While Learningrx will not require the Area Developer to establish such additional centers, if the Area Developer agrees to do so, Learningrx and the Area Developer must execute an addendum to the Area Development Agreement. This addendum will reflect the change to the Development Schedule.
