What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must begin construction or conversion of their center by the earlier of two deadlines. The first possible deadline is one month from the date of execution of the center's lease. The second possible deadline is six months from the date of the franchise agreement.

Learningrx requires that all construction or conversion work be completed in a good and workmanlike manner, according to their standards and specifications. The construction must also comply with all applicable zoning and other requirements of local authorities. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses related to the construction or conversion of the center.

Before starting any work, franchisees must submit their construction plans to Learningrx for approval. Learningrx will then approve or disapprove the plans within thirty days of submission. This ensures that the center meets Learningrx's standards and specifications before opening.
