According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees whose consultation closure rates fall below 40% are required to participate in sales training. This training continues until the closure rate reaches at least 40%, or for a minimum of three months.
The mandatory sales training for Learningrx franchisees consists of no less than four training sessions. The cost for this training is $75 per 60-minute session.
Notably, sales training is provided at no additional cost to Directors operating within their first year of the franchise agreement. However, directors who are new due to the transfer of a Learningrx Center must participate in sales training for a minimum of four 60-minute sessions over a minimum of three months, until that new director's assessment to student rate reaches at least 40%.
