What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if construction or remodeling is needed for the franchise location, it should begin as soon as possible after signing the Franchise Agreement. However, construction or remodeling must begin no later than 6 months after signing the Franchise Agreement.

Learningrx will provide advice about the design of the center and will approve plans submitted by the franchisee if the plans meet Learningrx's standards and specifications. Learningrx will also assist in the development and planning of any construction or remodeling with respect to sign specification and colors and Center layout and design. However, the franchisee is responsible for paying for the construction or remodeling and all other costs associated with compliance and permits.

It is important to note that Learningrx's approval of the site and plans only means that they meet minimum specifications. Franchisees should carefully consider all costs and timelines associated with construction or remodeling to ensure they can meet the required deadlines and financial obligations.
