Is the Learningrx Confidentiality and Covenant Not to Compete Agreement attached to the Franchise Agreement?

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Confidentiality and Covenant Not to Compete Agreement is indeed attached to the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, there are two versions of this agreement. Attachment VIII(a) is the standard agreement that must be signed by individuals such as members, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, managers, guarantors, and certain employees of the franchisee if the franchisee is an entity. If the franchisee is not an entity, then the spouse of the franchisee, every manager, each guarantor, the spouse of each guarantor, and each employee having access to confidential information must sign this agreement. Attachment VIII(b) is a specific version for spouses and domestic partners of the equity owners of the franchisee.
