What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after completing the initial training program, franchisees are not required to attend additional mandatory training. However, Learningrx requires at least one person from each center to attend periodic or national conferences. If a franchisee operates multiple centers, they must send at least one person from each location to these conferences.

Attending these conferences is considered mandatory, and Learningrx reserves the right to charge a fine for non-attendance. Franchisees are responsible for covering a conference fee per person, as well as all travel and living expenses for themselves and any other attendees. These conferences may be held at Learningrx's corporate headquarters or another location chosen by them.

In addition to the conferences, Learningrx may require centers with consultation closure rates below 40% to participate in sales training. This sales training is mandatory until the center's closure rate reaches at least 40%, or for a minimum of three months, involving at least four training sessions. Franchisees will be required to pay for this training.
