What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, both the franchisee and a center director are required to complete the initial training program before the Learningrx center can open. However, there is an exception: if the franchisee plans to be actively involved in the center's operations for at least 75% of the time, then a center director is not required to complete the training.
The initial training program is designed to equip franchisees and center directors with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully operate a Learningrx center. The training covers various aspects of the business, including the Learningrx system, techniques, operational procedures, hiring practices, customer service protocols, ordering processes, sales strategies, accounting practices, and quality standards. The program also includes practical experience in running the center.
This requirement ensures that franchisees and their key personnel are well-prepared to deliver the Learningrx program effectively and maintain the brand's standards. By mandating this training, Learningrx aims to ensure consistency and quality across all its franchise locations, which ultimately benefits both the franchisees and the customers they serve. Franchisees should factor in the time commitment and potential travel expenses associated with this training when evaluating the Learningrx franchise opportunity.
