What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Learningrx's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Learningrx franchisees are required to use online contact management and accounting software, and pay the associated Technology Fees, as mandated by Learningrx in the Operations Manual. Franchisees must also adhere to any separate software or license agreements stipulated by Learningrx or its designees.

Learningrx retains the right to modify the required technology and computer systems franchisees must use. Additionally, Learningrx has the authority to increase, reduce, or otherwise adjust the Technology Fees at its discretion. However, Learningrx must provide reasonable notice to the franchisee before implementing any such changes.

This policy gives Learningrx considerable flexibility to adapt its technology requirements and fee structures. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the costs associated with technology could change over time, potentially impacting profitability. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand the factors that might influence these changes and to assess the potential financial impact on their Learningrx center.
