Does Learningrx allow the franchisee to service anyone in the territory regardless of the method of sales?

According to the 2025 Learningrx Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the right to service individuals within their designated territory, irrespective of the sales method employed. However, this right is subject to specific reservations retained by Learningrx.

Learningrx maintains the exclusive right to utilize trademarks or service marks beyond the Learningrx marks in alternative distribution channels or locations, including within the franchisee's territory. The exception to this is for products provided directly from trainer to student. Learningrx also reserves the right to offer services or products, or allow others to do so, through alternative channels of distribution, excluding Learningrx Centers, whether using Learningrx marks or other trademarks. These alternative channels include retail locations, stores, kiosks, malls, airports, special events, television, mail order, catalog sales, wholesale to unrelated retail outlets, or the Internet, both inside and outside the franchisee's territory.

Furthermore, Learningrx retains sole authority over Internet marketing and the use of its marks online, encompassing websites, social networking sites, domain names, URLs, directory addresses, metatags, linking, advertising, and co-branding. Franchisees are prohibited from independent Internet marketing or using domain names and social media presence similar to Learningrx marks without prior written approval from Learningrx. These stipulations ensure Learningrx maintains control over its brand and marketing strategies while allowing franchisees to serve customers within their territory through approved methods.
