Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In the event that you are given notice of default as set forth in Subparagraph 11.A and the default relates, in whole or in part, to your failure to meet any operational standards, we may require as a condition of curing the default that you again attend and successfully complete any additional training we deem appropriate, at a place we designate, and at your expense. If you desire to operate your Business with a manager other than you, then in addition to you, such manager must attend and successfully complete our Pre-Opening Training Program, at your expense, prior to undertaking such operations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be required to attend additional training under specific circumstances related to operational standards and default notices.

Specifically, if a Kitchen Solvers franchisee receives a notice of default due to failure to meet operational standards, Kitchen Solvers may require the franchisee to attend and successfully complete additional training. This training would be at a location designated by Kitchen Solvers and at the franchisee's expense, covering room, board, and travel costs.

This condition is part of the broader agreement that the franchisee must adhere to Kitchen Solvers' standards. The initial pre-opening training is mandatory before the franchisee can begin operations, and this additional training serves as a remedial measure if the franchisee's performance falls short of the required standards. This ensures that all franchisees maintain a consistent level of service and operational quality, which protects the Kitchen Solvers brand and reputation.

Furthermore, if a Kitchen Solvers franchisee desires to operate their business with a manager other than themselves, that manager must also attend and successfully complete the Pre-Opening Training Program at the franchisee's expense before undertaking such operations.
