If you fail to make any improvement or perform the maintenance listed above, we may, in addition to our other rights in this Agreement, effect such improvement or maintenance and you must reimburse us for the costs we incur.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers, under certain conditions, has the right to effect improvements or maintenance to a franchisee's location and be reimbursed for the costs incurred. However, any condition that poses a threat to customers or public health and safety must be addressed immediately.
If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee does not comply with the maintenance or improvement requirements, Kitchen Solvers has the right to take action. Kitchen Solvers can make the necessary improvements or perform the required maintenance themselves. The franchisee is then obligated to reimburse Kitchen Solvers for all costs incurred during this process. This clause ensures that all Kitchen Solvers locations meet the brand's standards, even if a franchisee is unable or unwilling to maintain them properly. This protects the brand's reputation and ensures a consistent experience for customers.
