Assignment of Telephone Numbers

COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
THIS COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE is made as of the last date below written by and among ("Tenant"), KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC ("Franchisor"), and ("Landlord").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the assignment of telephone numbers from the franchisee to Kitchen Solvers becomes effective upon the termination of the Franchise Agreement. This means that when the agreement between the franchisee and Kitchen Solvers ends, the rights to the business telephone numbers associated with the Kitchen Solvers business automatically transfer to Kitchen Solvers, unless Kitchen Solvers decides not to take possession and control of the phone numbers.
