What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers has the right to terminate the Development Agreement under specific circumstances. If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee fails to meet the Development Schedule requirements outlined in the agreement, Kitchen Solvers may terminate the Development Agreement. Additionally, Kitchen Solvers can elect to remove the franchisee's territorial rights within their Development Area if the franchisee fails to meet the development schedule.

To develop a second or subsequent franchised business under the Development Agreement, a Kitchen Solvers franchisee must be in compliance with all existing Franchise Agreements. They must also sign the then-current form of the franchise agreement and demonstrate that each existing franchised business has met the applicable Minimum Productivity Levels for at least three full calendar months before signing the new franchise agreement. Kitchen Solvers retains the right to designate and approve the locations and territories of any subsequent franchised businesses opened under the Development Agreement, according to their current standards.

It is important to note that once the Development Agreement expires or is terminated, the franchisee will no longer have any territorial rights within the Development Area, except for the rights granted under any valid and existing Franchise Agreements entered into before the Development Agreement's expiration. This means that the franchisee's rights to operate in the Development Area are contingent upon maintaining the Development Agreement and adhering to its terms.
