What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will not be charged another initial franchise fee for renewal of their license. The initial term of the Kitchen Solvers franchise agreement is ten years, and franchisees have the option to renew for up to two additional terms of ten years each.
However, to renew the Kitchen Solvers license, franchisees must meet several conditions. These include providing written notice of intent to renew at least six months before the end of the current term, executing the then-current form of the franchise agreement, and complying with all terms and conditions of the existing agreement, operating, and quality standards. Franchisees must also satisfy all outstanding monetary obligations to Kitchen Solvers, its affiliates, suppliers, or creditors.
Additional conditions for renewal include agreeing to make necessary expenditures to modernize sample doors, materials, and displays to meet current standards, attending any required training programs at the franchisee's expense, actively operating the business, and signing a general release of claims. Failure to execute the required agreements and documents within thirty days of delivery will be considered an election not to renew the Kitchen Solvers license.
