What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must include a statement on their business cards, in immediate proximity to the Trademark, indicating that they independently own and operate their business. This requirement extends to other written materials such as business checks, stationery, purchase orders, and receipts.
This stipulation ensures clarity for customers and other parties, emphasizing that the franchisee is an independent entity operating under a license from Kitchen Solvers, rather than a direct extension of the corporate entity. This distinction is important for liability and customer service expectations.
By mandating this statement, Kitchen Solvers aims to protect its trademarks and maintain a consistent brand image while also ensuring that franchisees are recognized as independent business owners. Franchisees must accurately depict the Trademarks on these materials and are prohibited from using the Trademarks in conjunction with any other trademarks, trade names, or service marks without prior written approval from Kitchen Solvers.
