What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must secure liability insurance that includes Kitchen Solvers and its officers, directors, partners, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees as additional insured parties. This additional insured status must provide coverage for both ongoing and completed operations.

The required additional insured endorsement form must be ISO CG 20-26 or any other form approved in writing by Kitchen Solvers that provides comparable coverage. Franchisees are responsible for delivering the additional insured endorsement form and other requested documentation to Kitchen Solvers to prove compliance with insurance requirements.

This requirement ensures that Kitchen Solvers is protected from potential liabilities arising from the franchisee's operations, even after the completion of a project. Franchisees should consult with their insurance providers to ensure they obtain the correct coverage and forms to meet Kitchen Solvers' stipulations. Failing to maintain adequate insurance coverage could result in a breach of the franchise agreement.
