What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's personal experience is considered during the application process. Kitchen Solvers uses a Franchisee Acknowledgment/Compliance Certification to ensure prospective franchisees understand the terms and limitations of the franchise agreement. This certification includes questions designed to reveal any unauthorized promises or misrepresentations made during the franchise sales process.

The compliance certification requires franchisees to confirm they are entering the agreement based on their own independent investigation, not on unauthorized representations. Franchisees must acknowledge they've carefully considered each question in the certification and responded truthfully. Principal owners of franchisee entities (corporations, partnerships, etc.) must also execute this acknowledgment.

By requiring this certification, Kitchen Solvers aims to prevent misunderstandings and ensure franchisees are fully aware of the franchise's obligations and potential limitations. This process helps Kitchen Solvers maintain a consistent brand and operational standards across all franchise locations, as franchisees are held accountable for understanding and adhering to the terms of the franchise agreement.
