Which section of the Kitchen Solvers Franchise Agreement is being deleted by this addendum?

According to the 2025 Kitchen Solvers Franchise Disclosure Document, addenda to the franchise agreement specify sections being deleted. For franchisees in New York, Maryland, California, and Washington, Section 16.B of the Franchise Agreement is deleted. This section states: "You acknowledge that you are entering into this Agreement as a result of your own independent investigation of the KITCHEN SOLVERS franchise program and not as a result of any representation about us made by our shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, independent contractors or franchisees that is contrary to the terms identified in this Agreement or in any disclosure document, prospectus, or other similar document required or permitted to be given to you pursuant to applicable law."

For franchisees in Minnesota, Subparagraph 16.K of the Franchise Agreement is deleted in its entirety. Additionally, the fourth and fifth sentences of Subparagraph 16.I are deleted in their entirety for Minnesota franchisees.

For franchisees in Washington, the following sentence in Section 5.A of the Franchise Agreement is deleted: "We make no guarantees concerning the success of your Business located at any site consented to by us." Also for Washington franchisees, Recital D of the Franchise Agreement is amended to state that Recital D does not apply in Washington.
