Kitchen_Solvers Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You must submit your marketing materials (print, electronic or other form of media, including the internet and social media) to us for approval. We will not unreasonably withhold approval of your marketing materials if they are factually accurate and current, dignified and in good condition and accurately depict the KITCHEN SOLVERS Marks. The marketing materials will be deemed approved if we do not disapprove or comment within 10 business days of receipt. We may revoke approval of any previously approved marketing materials at any time, effective on notice to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers does retain the right to revoke approval of marketing materials that they had previously approved. This means that even if a franchisee has received the green light on certain advertising or promotional content, Kitchen Solvers can later retract that approval.
This ability to revoke approval is significant for a prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisee. It means that marketing materials that were once compliant could become non-compliant, requiring the franchisee to cease using those materials. The revocation is effective upon notice to the franchisee, so the change is not optional. This could potentially lead to unexpected costs for franchisees who need to replace or modify their marketing materials on short notice.
While Kitchen Solvers has the right to revoke approval, the FDD also states that they will not unreasonably withhold approval of marketing materials if they are factually accurate and current, dignified and in good condition and accurately depict the Kitchen Solvers Marks. This provides some assurance that initial approvals will be granted if the materials meet these criteria. However, franchisees should be aware of the possibility of later revocations and factor this potential risk into their marketing plans and budgets.
Franchisees should maintain open communication with Kitchen Solvers regarding marketing materials and any potential changes in brand standards or marketing guidelines. This can help to minimize the risk of having previously approved materials revoked and ensure that all marketing efforts remain compliant with Kitchen Solvers' requirements.
