What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Kitchen Solvers Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to provide up-to-date customer information and copies of customer invoices to Kitchen Solvers. This information must be submitted through Kitchen Solvers' designated software system or other online communication methods as prescribed by the company.
Kitchen Solvers uses this data to monitor the quality of work and customer satisfaction levels. The FDD stipulates that franchisees cannot use this customer information for any purpose outside the normal operation of their Kitchen Solvers business.
In addition to customer data, Kitchen Solvers franchisees must also provide copies of all invoices and receipts evidencing their local marketing activities upon request. This allows Kitchen Solvers to verify compliance with local marketing expenditure requirements, which mandate spending a certain percentage of gross sales on local advertising.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand these reporting requirements, as they are a condition of maintaining the franchise agreement. Failure to comply with these reporting obligations could potentially lead to breaches of contract.
