As you know, you and we are entering into a Franchise Agreement for the operation of a KITCHEN SOLVERS® franchise. The purpose of this Compliance Certification is to determine whether any statements or promises were made to you that we have not authorized or that may be untrue, inaccurate or misleading, and to be certain that you understand the limitations on claims that may be made by you by reason of the offer and sale of the franchise and operation of your business. What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Kitchen Solvers Franchise Disclosure Document, the document includes a Franchisee Acknowledgment/Compliance Certification that seeks to determine if any unauthorized statements or promises were made to the franchisee. This certification aims to ensure the franchisee understands the limitations on claims related to the franchise's offer, sale, and operation.

As part of this certification, prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisees must review and honestly answer a series of questions. These questions are designed to identify any potential misrepresentations or misunderstandings that may have occurred during the franchise sales process. The franchisee's answers are considered important and Kitchen Solvers relies on them to ensure compliance and understanding.

Principal owners of the franchisee entity (corporation, partnership, LLC, etc.) must also execute this acknowledgment, indicating the importance Kitchen Solvers places on verifying the franchisee's understanding and agreement with the terms of the franchise. This process helps Kitchen Solvers protect its brand and ensure that franchisees are entering the agreement with a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
