What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Development Fee ranges from $105,000 for two territories to $200,000 for five territories. This fee is paid in a lump sum upon the execution of the Development Agreement and is payable to the Franchisor. The Development Agreement allows a franchisee to open multiple Kitchen Solvers franchises within an agreed-upon territory and schedule.
This fee compensates Kitchen Solvers for granting the franchisee the rights to develop multiple locations. It is important to note that this fee is non-refundable. The FDD states that the low range of the Development Fee is for the right to open two Franchised Businesses and the high range is for the right to open five or more Franchised Businesses.
In addition to the Development Fee, the franchisee will also need to consider the initial investment required to open the first franchised business under the Development Agreement. This investment is estimated to be between $41,857 and $76,807, excluding the $60,000 Initial Franchise Fee, as it is not required for businesses opened under the Development Agreement. This initial investment covers costs associated with setting up and operating the first Kitchen Solvers location for the first three months.
