What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the exchange of information during mediation is intended to help parties prepare for the mediation process. If a party believes they need information held by another party to prepare for mediation, all parties must try to agree on procedures for exchanging that information, with the mediator's help if needed.
This process ensures that all parties have access to the necessary information to understand the issues and facts in dispute. It promotes a more informed and productive mediation, increasing the likelihood of reaching a resolution.
For a prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisee, this means that if a dispute arises and mediation is necessary, they have the right to request relevant information from Kitchen Solvers to prepare their case. Conversely, they must also be willing to share information if requested by the other party. This requirement emphasizes the importance of maintaining thorough and accurate records related to the franchise operation.
