How often will Kitchen Solvers provide franchisees with the names of approved vendors and suppliers?
Kitchen_Solvers Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
The Franchise Agreement requires you to sell or use only those products and services that we have approved in writing. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that all franchisees adhere to the uniformity and quality standards associated with KITCHEN SOLVERS® businesses. Upon request, we will periodically provide you with the names of approved vendors and suppliers for products, goods, supplies, fixtures, and equipment. The approved products will include "Primary Products and Services" for your Business such as new cabinet units, doors, drawer fronts, closet organizers, panels, trim and molding required for installing new cabinets or cabinet refacing and other supplies, products, and equipment. The approved suppliers for the Primary Products and Services may be Preferred Vendors as further described below.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers will provide franchisees with a list of approved vendors and suppliers for products, goods, supplies, fixtures, and equipment upon request. This includes suppliers for "Primary Products and Services" like new cabinet units, doors, drawer fronts, closet organizers, panels, trim, molding, and other supplies needed for cabinet installation or refacing. These approved suppliers may be Preferred Vendors.
Kitchen Solvers requires franchisees to use only approved products and services to maintain uniformity and quality across all Kitchen Solvers businesses. If a franchisee wants to use a product from a vendor not already on the approved list, they must initiate a formal approval process. This may involve the vendor submitting samples for evaluation to ensure they meet Kitchen Solvers' standards and specifications. Kitchen Solvers will typically notify the vendor of the evaluation results within 30 days of receiving the sample.
Kitchen Solvers may modify the standards and specifications for products and services and add to or delete from the list of approved vendors and suppliers. They may disapprove a previously approved vendor, item, product, or service at any time, and franchisees must immediately stop offering the disapproved items upon written notice. Kitchen Solvers also reserves the right to limit the number of vendors and suppliers and may become the sole supplier for certain products at any time. Franchisees are responsible for paying the current price for all purchases from Kitchen Solvers, its affiliates, or any designated third-party vendor.
