What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to pay a monthly minimum fee during the first six months of operation. The monthly minimum fee is $0 for months 0-6.
After the initial six months, the monthly minimum fee increases. From months 7-12, the fee is $300 per month. It then rises to $600 per month for months 13-24.
After the first two years (24 months) of operation, the monthly minimum fee increases again to $900 per month. This tiered structure allows new Kitchen Solvers franchisees some financial flexibility during the initial startup phase of their business.
