What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, qualified candidates may have the option to enter into a Development Agreement, which grants the right and obligation to develop multiple Franchised Businesses within a specified Development Area according to a Development Schedule.

The FDD states that a franchisee must execute a Franchise Agreement for the initial business at the same time the Development Agreement is executed. The franchisee will also need to execute Kitchen Solver's then-current form of Franchise Agreement for each subsequent Business opened under the Development Schedule.

While the document specifies that multiple franchises can be opened under a Development Agreement, it does not state the minimum number of Franchised Businesses required. To determine the minimum number of Franchised Businesses required under a Development Agreement, a prospective franchisee should contact Kitchen Solvers directly.
