Answer from 2025 FDD Document

A standard Territory will consist of a maximum of 85,000 owner occupied households. If we permit you to acquire additional contiguous zip codes so that your Territory consists of more than 85,000 owner occupied households, then you must pay us the Additional Population Fee. In any event, your Territory may not contain more than 110,000 owner occupied households.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a standard territory consists of a maximum of 85,000 owner-occupied households. However, Kitchen Solvers may permit a franchisee to acquire additional contiguous zip codes, potentially exceeding this standard.

If a Kitchen Solvers franchisee's territory exceeds 85,000 owner-occupied households, they must pay Kitchen Solvers an "Additional Population Fee." Regardless, the territory may not contain more than 110,000 owner-occupied households.

This means that while the standard territory size is capped at 85,000 owner-occupied households, there is some flexibility to expand, provided the franchisee pays the required fee. However, the absolute maximum size of a Kitchen Solvers territory is 110,000 owner-occupied households.
