BACKGROUND
- A. Franchisor, as the result of the expenditure of time, skill, effort and money, owns and continues to develop a franchise system (the "System") involving the establishment and operation of franchised businesses (each, a "Business" or "Franchised Business"), which offer kitchen and bathroom update, beautification and remodeling services for residential and commercial buildings under the mark KITCHEN SOLVERS® and/or such other marks as designated by Franchisor (the "Marks").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to use marks other than KITCHEN SOLVERS®. The franchise agreement states that Kitchen Solvers owns and continues to develop a franchise system involving franchised businesses that offer kitchen and bathroom remodeling services under the mark KITCHEN SOLVERS® and/or other marks designated by Kitchen Solvers.
Kitchen Solvers identifies its system through trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin, including the mark KITCHEN SOLVERS® and the KITCHEN SOLVERS® logo, and/or other different and/or additional trade names, trademarks, and service marks designated by Kitchen Solvers in writing for use in connection with the System. These are referred to as the Proprietary Marks or Marks.
This means that as a Kitchen Solvers franchisee, you must be prepared to use any additional marks that Kitchen Solvers designates for the system. These marks could change over time, and Kitchen Solvers has the right to specify how these marks are used in connection with the franchise.
