What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Kitchen Solvers is not liable for the wages, commissions, and incentives paid to the franchisee's employees. The franchisee is solely responsible for hiring, supervising, and compensating their employees. This means that the franchisee bears the full responsibility for all employment-related costs and obligations.
This arrangement is typical in franchising, where franchisees are considered independent business owners. The franchisee's employees are not considered employees of Kitchen Solvers for any purpose. Therefore, franchisees must handle all aspects of employee management, including setting wages, providing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisees should carefully consider the financial implications of hiring and managing employees, including budgeting for salaries, commissions, incentives, and other employment-related expenses. Understanding these obligations is crucial for the successful operation of a Kitchen Solvers franchise.
