KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC also requires a collateral assignment of lease, where the tenant (franchisee) assigns their rights and interest in the lease to KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC as security for the franchisee's obligations and the franchisor's rights under the Franchise Agreement. This ensures that in the event of a default, Kitchen Solvers has additional security.
