According to Kitchen Solvers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC is the Franchisor. The franchise agreement is between KS La Crosse Investments, LLC, identified as "we" or "us", and the franchisee, referred to as "you". Their principal business address is 528 Loomis Street, La Crosse, Wisconsin 54603. This entity is a Wisconsin limited liability company.
As the Franchisor, KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC is responsible for granting the franchise to operate a Kitchen Solvers business. They provide the system, brand, and support necessary for the franchisee to run their business. The franchisee, in turn, is obligated to follow the guidelines and standards set by KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC as outlined in the franchise agreement.
KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC has the authority to make a profit from goods, products, and/or services provided to the franchisee for use in their business. They may also receive consideration from suppliers and/or vendors in respect to sales of primary products and services and other goods, products, or services to the franchisee or in consideration of services rendered or rights licensed to such persons. The franchisee agrees that KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC is entitled to said profits and/or consideration and will pay the then-current price in effect for products purchased from them or Preferred Vendors, which may be higher than the cost of other similar products on the markets.
KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC also requires a collateral assignment of lease, where the tenant (franchisee) assigns their rights and interest in the lease to KS LA CROSSE INVESTMENTS, LLC as security for the franchisee's obligations and the franchisor's rights under the Franchise Agreement. This ensures that in the event of a default, Kitchen Solvers has additional security.
