The term of the license granted in this Agreement is for a period of ten (10) years from the date of this Agreement. You must operate the Business in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for the duration of the term. You have the option to renew your license for up to two (2) additional terms of ten (10) years each, provided that as to each renewal you have met the following conditions:
