What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is non-refundable. The FDD states that a franchisee must pay Kitchen Solvers a non-refundable Initial Franchise Fee, with the specific amount detailed in Appendix B of the Franchise Agreement.
The fee is payable in full when the Franchise Agreement is signed. Upon receipt of the initial franchise fee, it is considered earned by Kitchen Solvers.
This fee compensates Kitchen Solvers for the expenses incurred and services provided when granting the franchise rights to the franchisee. Because the fee is non-refundable and is earned upon receipt, a prospective Kitchen Solvers franchisee should be certain they are committed to the franchise before signing the agreement and paying the fee.
