The instructional materials for the Pre-Opening Training Program include the Kitchen Solvers Business System's Online Manual, lecture, instructional materials, hands-on demonstration, and practice. We offer our Pre-Opening Training Program as needed throughout the year. Training instructors include Alec Baumer, Wil Calkins, Joanne DuCharme, and Kali Morgenthaler. Wil has 28 years of experience in the sales and operations industry and has been with us since September 2024. Alec has 12 years of experience in kitchen and cabinetry design and installation and has been with us since January of 2021. Joanne has 15 years of experience in the marketing and CRM management industry and has been with us since March of 2012. Kali has 15 years of experience in the marketing industry and has been with us since June 2019.
