- B. Training. You must, at your expense for room, board and travel, attend and successfully complete our KITCHEN SOLVERS Pre-Opening Training Program at a place we designate. You may not begin operating your Business until you successfully complete the KITCHEN SOLVERS Pre-Opening Training Program. In the event that you are given notice of default as set forth in Subparagraph 11.A and the default relates, in whole or in part, to your failure to meet any operational standards, we may require as a condition of curing the default that you again attend and successfully complete any additional training we deem appropriate, at a place we designate, and at your expense. If you desire to operate your Business with a manager other than you, then in addition to you, such manager must attend and successfully complete our Pre-Opening Training Program, at your expense, prior to undertaking such operations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Kitchen Solvers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee designates a manager to operate the business instead of themselves, that manager must attend and successfully complete the Kitchen Solvers Pre-Opening Training Program. This training is at the franchisee's expense for room, board, and travel. The manager must complete this training before undertaking any operations. This requirement ensures that anyone in charge of the Kitchen Solvers business is properly trained in the Kitchen Solvers system.
The franchisee themselves must also attend and successfully complete the Kitchen Solvers Pre-Opening Training Program before beginning operations. This initial training is a prerequisite for operating the franchise. Kitchen Solvers also retains the right to require additional training if the franchisee fails to meet operational standards, with the franchisee bearing the costs of this additional training.
Kitchen Solvers also offers in-field training at their current rate, if requested and agreed upon. They will also provide ongoing support training as they deem necessary. This ensures franchisees and their managers stay updated with Kitchen Solvers' operational standards and any changes to the system.
